300td drivers e-window motor replace . question

i assumed i could remove and replace the electric window motor without disturbing the frame of the gears that the motor is mounted on. However the three mounting bolts holding the motor onto the said frame are near impossible to reach with my number 10. When i do succeed in placing the wrench correctly on the head of th emounting bolt for the motor It wont budge. It is th eoriginal motor and has probably never been removed. so im up against 20+ years of being in the same position. Is there a particular tool i would need for this motor removal or does the whole frame need to be dismounted from the inside of the door before the motor is removed?
