New tires and now the car pulls left???

I just had a set of Michelin Primacy MXV4s installed on the front of my S420 and now my car pulls noticeably to the left when I hold the steering wheel straight ahead. Before the tire swap, the car's tracking was perfect. I'm having a hard time seeing any connection between a set of new tires and what appears to be an alignment problem.

Has anyone ever experienced this before?

If the alignment is off before a new tire swap, the new tire thread depth will react to the prvious poor alignment.

Swap front tires left to right, If it still pulls the same direction, you need an alignment. If it now pulls right you have a failed belt in one of the tires.

Ignore the above post. Those tires are directional and would have to be dismounted to swap L to R.

Also check tire pressure to make sure the left is not under-inflated.

Did not know they were directional so swap front to rear.

I have a set on one of my cars. They are NOT directional. Feel free to swap L-to-R.

I'm an idiot and I owe an apology. Sorry.

I confused the MXV4s (great tires BTW) with another set I have......

So, Ignore me instead..... I sincerely hope I didn't cause any hardship for the OP.
