Difference between 94 and 95 s320

Is there any difference between the 94 s320 and the 95 s320, are parts interchangable.

99% interchangable. Only body trim & bumpers are different. And they will fit!

Of course in 1995 MB offered both short(140.032) & long(140.033) chassis. In 1994 only the short car was available in No. America.

95 was fully OBDII compliant. 95 8 hole wheels were polished and clearcoated, 94 painted and clearcoated.
