Throttle Cable

My 92' 300SE is idling around 500 RPMs. I noticed last night that the throttle cable’s plastic adjuster is broken right behind the bracket. If I move the throttle cable back a little to where the transmission cable pointers are in alignment the car idles much better. Anyone have a DIY for replacing and adjusting these cables?

Can you buy the adjuster? Or do you have to replace the whole cable?
