Stumbling after heavy braking....

On my 87 260E I noticed today that the engine runs really rough for a few seconds right after heavy braking....

Weird? Any ideas on that?

Check valve in the brake booster vacuum hose maybe?

Did you ever fix the miss at idle on your other car, the 300TE?

Y'know, the two could be related. If you have a leaky booster or check valve, that could be your miss all along!!!

Does it happen only when braking from speed, or any time you push the brake pedal down, even if stopped?

If it's just when you're at speed, that could possibly be something else like a fuel or electrical thing.....

No the miss is on the 300TE, this is on my 260E which otherwise runs perfect!
