Clairify
There are 2 terminals on the resistor. One end has a single wire connected to it. The other terminal has a double wire, two wires under one sheath. It looks like one wire and it feels like one wire, but if you peel back the insulation at the ring terminal, there are actually 2 wires inside.

That's what I thought.
Go to post 15..that is what I was getting at back at post 4.

All Fixed
Just finished installing a new auxiliary fan resistor. The auxiliary fan now comes on when the two wires are shorted together that come from the red pressure switch on the refrigerant drier. The beast is now ready for another hot summer.
