EHA Valve 190e
 

i have go through this forum and have read about so many eha valve problem,but none doesnt seem to answer about how to troubleshoot it...
how could i know that i have a faulthy Eha valve,
i have a 190e 2.0L that i dont start for quite some time...
i have changed the fuel pump and checked the intake host...everthing is ok..
i have checked the fuel distributor and found out that there isnt any fuel comes to the fuel line...
so i took off the eha valve and connect it directly to the battery,and nothing happens...does it means it is broken and needs to be replaced...
and then i checked the wiring to the eha valve using multimeter....i mean the 2 holes that connect to the eha valve pins....
and i got no reading when i turn the ignition on..
