85 107 Window R&R - Advice?

I heard a cracking and the drivers window is now loose from it's mount. I removed the door panel and see a broken plastic curved shield piece in the bottom and the rubber under the window is flopping around at the rear end.

What is the R&R Procedure and what parts are normally needed/recommended?

You might get a lot better response on the SL forum, try posting there, as a post like this might get buried before a 107 owner will see it on this forum.
