Does not surprise me in the least, Albert. All 3 of the ones I've had dealings with in the Great Plains states were dunces, mechanically-speaking. And two of them were combative morons. If they knew anything, they'd still be mechanicing on them.

All they do is travel from dealer to dealer and sit and look through and approve warranty work papers in the service manager's office.

I could name names, but I won't.

You're talking about the Service and Parts Operations Manager. There are a few of them that have a technical background, but they're job is mostly pushing paper around. The MB Technical Specialist's are the ones with the smarts when it comes to fixing cars.
