BG Products Frigi-Quiet vs. Frigi-Quiet II

In looking around the web, I see that BG Products has marketed a "Frigi-Quiet" which they refer to as Product # 701, and a "Frigi-Quiet II" which they call Product # 702.

To confuse me more, the current product shown on the main BG web site is the "Frigi-Quiet" product. There's no mention of "Frigi-Quiet II" that I can find.

What is the difference between these two products?
