86 420 SEL Trunk will not open
 

86 420 SEL Trunk will not open When you turn the key you hear the lock cycle and you can open it to what seems like the first catch like a hood when you push down on the lid it latches and you hear it.When you push the button it will click and move up a little and is loose but you can not pull it open no matter how hard you try
