low fan issue
i have a 94 e420 when ac is on get cold if iam running the car but if i come to a stop it starts to blow cool could this be in need of freon plus the fan on the left side will not come on while the ac is on i can spend the fan an it acts if it wants to run but it will stop could someone help me out.

I think the fans should operate together. So, if only one fan is running, I would fix that problem first. If you were really low on freon, the other fan would not come on at all.

Fans are wired in parallel, so both run at the same time, unless one of them has a problem. Sounds like that's what you have nucor. It's either the wire/connector to the inop fan or the fan motor itself. If you've already tried spinning or tapping the fan to free it up and it still won't work, it's likely a bad motor. Each fan has a plug-type connector. Check it for continuity.

My 95 has one fan out,(to much work to change in a cooler climate) and other than when it's north of 85°, it works fine, but I can tell it could use the air flow over the condenser from the inoperative fan. I concur with "Cal Learner" they are parallel and plug in. Motor toasted on mine.
