Altitude Correction Sensor
 

I have a 1988 300SEL with a code in the computer saying I have a bad altitude correction sensor. Does anyone know where this sensor is located on the car? I have a wiring diagram that lists the color of the wires going into the sensor and cannot find that sensor in the engine compartment. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks John

In the electronics compartment behind a black plastic cover behind the battery. There, you'll also find the KE controller, the ABS controller, the OVP relay, the Klima (A/C compressor) relay and the fuel pump relay.
