actually, to me, those appear to be the same parts...a worn out bushing as you display looks nothing like the new one, but it looks like that to me...the old one is crapped out (look at the broken metal collar).that's typically why you replace them, the old one is shot and deformed. A new one is just that, a new one....as in what they are supposed look like. Old worn out bushings like that are generally not that hard to get out but putting a fresh version in is a *****...requires presses and stuff...that's why they are there in the first place, a very stressed out part. If you DIY be sure to use the proper lube and pre-load the thing....good luck
