door lock fixed on 300E no truck lock vacuum?

1992 300E disconnected negitive battery cable fora 1/3 hour and rest set the vacuum door lock that know work. Trunk with key will not activate door locks . Is this tied in to the vacuum door lock problem?

how to I fix it? what are the most likely causes of this problem.
