Is the 92 300SE engine the same as the 93-95 E320?

That is, is the 92 300SE engine prone to head gasket leaks, harness and evaporator problems similar to the 93-95 E320? There is a nice one for sale with 152K miles on her. What should I look for? Known faults?

yes

m103 and m104 are pretty much the same motors excpet for some differences including fuel injection, heads, intake manifold to name a few.

the lower block is pretty much the same for both
