Check the harmonic balancer and spring perches, also make sure the 722.6 has been serviced at least once (none of this "filled for life" stuff). Otherwise that seems like a pretty good deal. These are pretty bulletproof models.

I got mine at 70k, straight drive, now has 105k. I replaced the crank position sensor as a precaution.
In your area, checking the spring perch is a good idea.
The harmonic balance should have been replaced by now, but check it also.
Make sure Mobil 1 oil has been used. MB was slow changing to this in the first two years of this engine and had some troubles.
I plan this to be my "forever" car, comfortable and economical.

That price may have been the reason - it was pretty cheap...
