I installed the Chinese part. I was in a hurry, ordered the part and installed it. Got the invoice after I did the job. The wholesaler was trying to save me money. No "Made in China" marked anywhere on the box it came in.
The image of the leaking water pump is the one that was on the car when I boutght it. It wasn't OEM either. The P.O. had changed it. This car has only 150,000 kilometres on it. Already has had two water pumps. USE MB coolant!! When I bought the car it had only distilled water in it. |

What great pics and info!!! Thanks! I really appreciate it. I cannot believe Chilton says 6hrs!!!! Wow! That is about 600 bucks in labor before the pump, belt, hoses and maybe tensioner, coolant, band-ades!! keep those pics coming!
