Did M-B fit Hall effect distributors in any of its cars? If so, what models? Im trying to research on fitting a hall effect sensor into my 16V's distributor to serve as secondary trigger input for my megasquirt conversion. TIA

No, only impulse systems that generate A/C current.

might look into these boyer ignition conversion kits

mainly used for bikes but they list some for the jap 4 cyl models
