Don't forget the gas filter.
Don't forget the gas filter. I just ran Techron a couple of times in my 300E to blow out the injectors, put flush in the engine and cleaned the insides out. Even though the fuel filter didn't look old, there was a lot of 'stuff' in it.

I just wanna share my experienced leaving in a third country(somewhere in southeast asia) the benz are twice the amount of the price here in U.S. but the labor is way way too cheap compare here. Why? equality, rich or poor.If you're a mechanic in a third world country man you're gonna have a hard time leaving your life, unlike here they're making alot of money, why? because here we're all equal even a nail cleaner is making enough money to leave comfortable. Most of the people I've known(In Asia) owning a benz they only use it when there's a social gathering or going to club they don't use it everyday, you can really maintain your benz in a third world country,One more if you own a benz it a status symbol and you will gain respect.:D

As I write this, both the 124 and 126 have had a dose of injector cleaner added into the fuel system - WYNN's.
The injectors and seals have been delivered to the workshop and the 124 is sitting pretty having the injectors replaced. The 126 will have to wait its turn. And respect has to be earned, whether your new Benz or RR was paid for in hard cash. No two ways about it, and I feel sorry for those who think otherwise. Good day. :) |
