W140 Blower Motor or Blower Motor Regulator ?
Hi guys, well I think I'm able to narrow my problem down to whether it is a Blower Motor or a Blower Motor Regulator. The problem is that my
97 S-320 does not want to either blow airconditioning, heating or even function in the defogger mode. I did the research on this site and read its either the blower motor or regulator, but how do I determine whether it is the blower motor or regulator ?

While out at lunch I performed a diangostic test on the climate control system using the climate control - control unit. When I accessed the blower voltage it showed a steady 3.9v at low while at maximum it showed 14v.
That means it appears the motor is getting the proper voltage but simply not running. I'm now leaning towards it being the motor itself.
