S500 1999 inside vents blowing heat?

Just last week I started having the outside vents blowing hot air while the center vents continued blowing cold. (defrost vents also blew hot air) I have the air set on 72. I do not have center vents pointed up I learned that when I first got the automobile. I searched the forum and saw where some others have had the same problem and took the advice to check the freon level. I was a pound low so I had it removed and recharged at the proper level. The problem is the passenger side continues blowing hot air but the drivers side is corrected. Any ideas on the solution? Thanks, MBD
