96 e300d interior blower fan problem
I know it is a diesel but this is not a diesel problem the blower fan was the same in all E class. Please help
I was well until I smelled burning plastic / electonics. Check out he engine compartment nothing there returned to the car to have no blower activity on any settings but could smell the same smell coming out of the vents? Help All thoughts are welcomed Last edited by Shballard7; 10-12-2009 at 01:18 AM. Reason: not a happy face a sad |

Blower control is electronic.
Electronic regulator has power & ground all of the time & awaits variable power signal from a/c controller (pushbutton). Depending on request, controller sends from 0.8V to 6.5V. Testing is done at the plug for the regulator.
