Fan switch bulb replacement W124 1995
My fan switch bulb is out. I've read that you can just pull switches off on some mercedes. does anyone know of the method for a 1995 W124 E220.
Thanks |

You have to pull out the wood. There are two bulbs in the front center with optics that lead to the switches.

The bulbs are likely covered by some sort of tape-remove the tape carefully, and the bulbs are right there. Use a good pair of tweezers to pull the bulb out of its socket

Thanks for the advice.
When you say pull out the wood, thats the bit I find difficult as the wood is very cleverly bolted in and I dont want to damage anything. Any step by step advice on wood removal would be helpful. I'm sure other readers have this problem. |
