Driver's Seat Switch
 

I managed to break a knob off my driver's seat switch while installing my door panel. :rolleyes:

anyhow, i have a quick question: if i buy a switch with memory functions, will these memory positions work in my car? my current switch is the basic style with adjustments, but no memory functions ,,,,

The switch will work, but the memory function will not have any provision (unless your car was so equipped, and the PO replaced the original switch with non memory, and you're repairing it back to memory-equipped switch...)

Our 1990 300TE already has memory switches.

so the memory function is somewhere in the convenience model/ computer, and not in the switch?

I thought the memory function was done by a box under the seat.......
