S430 spark plugs

A few questions on changing plugs on 2001 S430
1. How do the heat shields/cables come off? Do they snap off or twist to start them off?
2. Are some of them more easily accessed from below? what should be removed to access them?
3. What is the proper plug gap?
Thanks in advance, Mark

Man, it's all in the service DVD and the required "special" tools are listed there, too.

These are plat plugs good for 100k miles and you don't gap them

Do these have to be purchased or can they just be downloaded?
