W126 Wipers
 

I need to replace the wipers on my 91 300SE, the rubber is falling off of them. Can anyone recommend a good brand of wipers, and how difficult would it be for me to change these myself? I'm trying to become more self reliant with some of my car issues. I finally learned how to change my oil. I am female and I don't know all the ins and outs on cars, but I am learning. Thanks.

Thats great! I finally changed the oil on my 300SEL for the first time myself since I have owned it. I was amazingly easy, if I did it correctly. :)

I am not much of a DIY'er, but I changed my wipers... it was OK, but I had trouble getting one off. Sometimes they are fussy. First set of refills I bought would not fit the blades. Most auto parts stores will change these for free if you buy them there. I recommend Anco... I think thats what I used.

I went to Kragen and got Bosh Icon blades, and they showed me how to change them. So next time I need to switch them out I will know how to.
