Looks absolutely as nice as we all thought it would. I really like the all black body. Very nice. And while I know you are going to run on 17's, it still looks just fine in the mean time as-is. As Mog states, you don't want a lousy riding Honda clone in an MB!!! Some folks simply have no clue.
And I was sure worried when the poster asked about the windshield spray nozzles. I'm sure the "PAINT and Body Shop" has never seen a car with those before......

probably should clear that up somehow.

Use the slot, Luke

No need to put that useless fader thing in. Put in any switch you want, and wire it to do something clever. Gsxr has used it to turn on hard wired radar detectors, power to the radio independant of the ignition switch, etc. Another friend used it to turn on driving lights independant of the headlight switch. Another friend used it in the fuel pump circuit for theft prevention.

I wired an extra rear light switch to the high speed circuit for the aux fans at the temp sensor on the head, so that I can turn them on when driving around town with the AC on. Running them makes a big difference in the cooling ability of my "converted to r134 by the PO" air conditioning in my TE.

Some day I hope to use it to energize the force field around my car to prevent texting drivers from rear ending me

Finally got some day shots, and replaced the wood. Unfortunately one small crack formed while installing the mirror switch. These things are way too delicate.

Looks much better than before at least.

After:

Wheels are on the way!

Is that the original rear bumper? The wagon bumper didn't change in '94 to wrap the rub-strip?

Looks great in black, my black '94 has the anthracite lower panels, I think I like your monochrome look better.

When your wheels show, order a zebrano shifter, makes a huge difference.

Its original as far as I know. I bought the impact strip for my old '95 wagon but sold it before I used it.

The zebrano shifter is a great idea.

I love my 95 malachite green w124.

did you replace/upgrade the speakers? if so, I'd be super interested in what products you used.

Pioneers head unit and speakers. Still left the stock amp going that keeps the front speakers component.

I think those wheels look great on that car.....and they have a decent amount of rubber, so road...issues...can't destroy things so easily....a serious concern around here.
