190e 2.3 bogs and stumbles
 

I have a '92 190e. From a cold start the car will often run poorly for the first 2-3 minutes. It will struggle to get to 30 mph. After this spell, it runs better, though it has a mild miss at idle (once a second or so), and bogs if you press the gas past 1/2 throttle. Keep it below 1/2 and it performs ok, though doesnt get over 25 mpg.

Ive seafoamed, changed the plugs, and fuel filter.

What could cause this? EGR? Smog pump?

first thing to check is the OVP relay with the fuse . this powers the cold start relay The relay solder goes bad with age .best to replace this as well as the fuel pump relay both age related soldering faults .
