Help with w140!!!!

I have a 95 benz s320 and it's driving me crazy. I was getting code p0132 and p1131 and i changed both o2 sensor with the catalytic converter(magaflow) and reset the codes and i keep on getting the same codes p0132 and p1131 i also got a new oem mass airflow sensor as well. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
