83 380 SEL central lock system problems
 

Last few times I drove the car I noticed the locks were getting slow about going down when i got out and locked the driver door.

Next I stopped at a gas station and the fuel door would not open. I started the car and was able to get the lock to function with the motor running.

Don't have a clue where to start.

Any help is appreciated.

The pump is in the trunk next to the spare.
Start by seeing if that pump has 12V all of the time.
