Differential mount installation

Have a nice clunk happening from 2nd to 3rd occasionally. Looks like differential mounts in rear are gone.

Have you tackled this task before? Have any suggestions i.e.: tools, extra parts to have handy etc etc?

What year & model? about 20-30 different types of mounts on MB's.

How about on a 124.034 or 036? Any different than 124.030?
