Passenger Side Fog Light Out!
 

My passenger side fog lights is out...so I got new bulbs and installed them. The old one was completely black inside the bulb so i assume something popped...

So, new bulbs, no go..changed it out with a known working bulb, no go ...everything looks nice and clean wiring-wise, so what should i look for and where? :confused:
