Question 1987 300e won't start

I replaced fuel pump relay, coil, distributor, rotor and wires. Car turns over and fuel pumps come on but car won't run. Could this be the temperature sensor(which is vacuum) or the ezl control unit??? I also replaced the crank position sensor. The initial problem was car reaches 100C' then dies. Please someone with any information would be great. More specs,it is a ke-jetronic fuel system.

keith300e, if the EZL unit is toast the engine will not run. Simplest way to confirm a bad EZL unit is to try a known good EZL unit. If you confirm that the existing EZL unit needs replacing check with some salvage yards for a used one ... or buy a new one from your local MB dealer.
