Water pump hex inset bolts

I went to take my water pump off and found that the bottom front bolt had its hex socket rounded out. Could anyone help me with this problem?

In case you can't get it with Vise-grips...

Sock-it-out company makes a hex removal tool set which has bits that are tapered, you hammer them in. I can get them if you can't get them elsewhere, they make two different sets (one for M3 through M6 and one for M6 through M14) they are $29 and $35 (plus shipping) respectively. Try Lowe's, local hardware store or even local Sears; online try Snap-on or other tool source. If they are really bad you can drill them out with a kit like this it has left hand bits and removal tools (I hope the damaged bolt is one you can get a drill on). sears drill out kit

Good luck I know some of those bolts are hard to get at (I just did mine on the M104 engine).

P.S. I have @home service so I may be incommunicado soon...
