'97 E420 air mass sensor

Does the air mass sensor in my '97 E420 just pull straight up when I replace it??

Yeah, it's usually a bit of a struggle and test of your toolbox to get the clamp loosened up, but yeah once the clamp is loose you pull straight up on it.

Yup, I just got it. Thanks. The thing that through me was not knowing it was held on by hose clamps. Once loose (it was tough as it was the original on the car) I figured it out.
