Nice! Was it compression tested and all that fun stuff? I've been keeping my eyes out for a spare m103 to screw around with, but haven't seen any below about $400, and those were mostly out of wrecks and non-compression tested. You got a great deal, congrats! In the very least you could resell them (to me?
 ) and make some money.

The guy said it was running until it took a hit.
I really don't care if the engine is toast, there will be enough parts on it and the tranny to make it worthwhile to purchase. Shoot, even a good head would be nice to have. Rebuild it and then just do a swap when mine goes south. Hopefully I can salvage some other stuff when I go to pick them up next weekend.
