M103 Flywheel/Pressure Plate/Bell Housing Torque Values?

dug around on the forum here for torque values, and I found the flywheel to be 30Nm + 90 degrees for torque. what about the pressure plate and bellhousing for transmission?

I assume the flex disc is the same as the rear one in terms of torque values

oh I thought by driver plate you were talking about pressure plate. this is manual transmission information I need, not automatic. is it different?
