good source of power for auxilliary power
 

Would like to wire in a two port auxilliary power block so I don't have to always have my ashtray open when the xm radio is plugged in or phone charger etc. i'm thinking of somewhere behind the instrument panel. ignition block? don't need it to be hot all the time.

car is 86 560SEL

ended up connecting it to the special accessory power block behind the dead pedal on the floor.
