Advice on Shock Replacement

What exactly is involved in replacing front shocks on a W123 240D? I have decided on the Bilstein Comfort shocks, as I've heard many good things about them. As far as I can tell, this would be the procedure:

- Remove the bolts on top of the shocks
- Jack up the car, remove wheels
- Remove the 2 12 point 10mm bolts at the bottom of the shock
- Remove shock, install new one in reverse order.

Is there anything I'm missing here? This seems a little too easy. Are there going to be issues with disturbing the alignment of the car, etc? Any caveats?

Thanks,
Brooks

That pretty well sums it up.

You will not need an alignment.
