What type of lubricant should I use on the sunroof tracks?

Thanks,

MB sells a lube for this. It is a pint sized can for $20 plus. It is meant for shop use, and for us back yard folks, it is about a three hundred year supply. It does work great on hinge pins and other home and garage items. Ed
