How do I disassemble seats 190E?

I am home for Christmas for 30 days so I thought I'd take care of a few projects. The first is the seats. I'd like to separate the tracks from the seat to clean and rebuilt them. They have accumulated a bunch of junk and do not slide easily. I'll also be replacing some of the weatherstripping in the doors. What do you guys think about an Avantgarde grill?
