Electronic Parts Catalog problem
When I try to access the EPC, I can log in OK, but then I get a Java error message that says unable to load application. Anybody else having problems?
Just trying to figure out if the the problem is me or them...... Maybe MB is doing system maintenance over the long holiday weekend..... J. M. van Swaay |
Mr van Swaay,
I just checked. They seem to have updated the software since i checked a few days ago.... anyhow, it worked for me, check to make sure you have the latest java software. I am using firefox. It was warning me that the EPC has some malicious scripts. if you say block, it will not work. if you say ignore, it works.... |
Thanks for the reply.
I thought maybe it was a problem with my version of Java, so I downloaded and installed the latest. Still no work but at least I know the problem is on my end. I have Firefox, I'll try that and see if it makes a difference. J. M. van Swaay |
If you click on 'Getting Started' at the top menu bar and then select 'FAQ' from the left menu there are a number of things to check in Q2.

Problem was with some setting in my Java installation. Not sure what I did but it's working now. Thanks.
