bad EZL?
 

I am wondering if I have a bad EZL, or something else. Car runs fine, except, if I hit the kick down it works fine the first time but after that the car has very sluggish in acceleration. I have to almost floor it, all the way to kick down, to get any real acceleration. I guess this is what is called limp home mode.

Once the engine is turned off and on, all is back to normal.

I don't do this often, but when it happens, it is really annoying.

Rotors, caps and plugs are pretty new, btw.
