Fuel Reserve Capacity
 

Please advise as to the reserve fuel capacity on my 300ce. From when the reserve light comes on.

Also how many miles (approx) could I get if travelling on the long road and how many miles in town driving when the reserve light comes on.

well... basically i won't let the light on coz some said it is bad for the fuel pump.... but i guess you still have 2-3 gallons in the fuel tank which can give u about 4-50 miles on freeway or 30 miles city
when it starts blinking
let me know if i am wrong!

The risk of having the light blink would mean a shortlived fuel pump, or damaged injectors.

Take plus minus 10%, you have approximately 30 miles of safe driving before you start walking.
