Headlight Switch 03 E 320

2003 E320
I am trying to remove the headlamp rotary switch from dash. How does this thing come out? I have tried to pull the switch knob off and it will not budge thinking there is a nut behind it holding it to dash panel. I see no set screw holding it. Help!
