Which wires were reversed?

Can you share pin layout?

Perfecto mundo!!!

By looking at his table, I think I have the 4 and 11 reversed !!

No wonder the throttle linkage moves to wide open everytime I turn the ignition on, then it goes back. Good indication my wires are reversed.

Will check tomorrow, and will cross my fingers.

I was told the throttle linkage is supposed to go wide open when you turn the ignition on, then go back. I mention this in Post #11 in this thread.

I don't know if you are still having trouble with your ETA and crossed wires. I just recently did mine on a '93 2.8 and it fixed my car. That was a challenge keeping the right order with insulation falling off the wires as i took it apart and a couple broken wires from the disassembly. But i started at pin one and with a VOM and magnifying glass carefully mapped it out. I have pictures and a drawing if it would help you fix it.

Never mind, I should have read the whole thread. I see someone provided a nice table already. Boy, I wish i had that table before i did mine. That would have calmed my nerves a bit. LOL

I will update my other thread, but will update here as well.

SUCCESS!!!

I had pins 4 and 11 swapped as I suspected. No ASR or limp mode for 3 days already, and car is running great.

Thanks Latief.
