ignition turns all the way but car will not start, all electrical comes on

Try and be more vague...I'm practicing my mind reading skills.....
year, make, model?
Could be a loose battery terminal, loose cable..you'd still get the electrical connections..idiot lights would work but not enough juice to turn the engine over. Could be a loose connection at the starter....could be a fuse, could be any number of things.

could be the trans safety switch out of adjustment, try shifting it to neutral.
