How do you pull out the dash cluster?
 

I need to pull out the dash cluster to replace the little digital out side temp screen. it was broken when i picked up my 300e a fw days ago.

I'm still looking for a replacement if anyone has a site recomendation or direct link id appreciate it.

grab both sides of cluster and pull/wiggle straight out. Only thing that holds it in is 4 rubber flat pieces in the gaps top and bottom.
