1996 E320 Running/Idling Rough

My 1996 E320 started running and idling rough a week or so ago after a thorough car wash that included a very careful under hood cleaning. I realize how water can affect certain components, so I was very careful. Autozone took a look at the engine codes for my. They are:
PO441 Evap Emission Purge Flow Fault
PO302 Cylinder 2 misfire
Any thoughts on what I should do or look for? Thanks much.

These engines are a waste spark ignition: one coil fires one plug, and then piggy backs to the next plug with a high tension lead. So there are three coil wires and three high tension leads. Each coil is responsible for firing two plugs.

Whenever there is a misfire code, it is almost always one of the coil wire boots.

I'd replace the coil wire boot on that cylinder.
